Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the molding process to a large extent and improve productivity by combinedly carrying out the vacuum molding process and the press molding process.
CONSTITUTION: A laminate sheet 10 composed of a skin layer 12 with a foamed layer 12 is molded by a vacuum molding tool 14 to manufacture a molded product. Then, a core material molding sheet 16 is disposed to be positioned on the molded product located on said vacuum molding tool 14. Then the core material molding sheet 16 and the molded product are press molded by combining the vacuum molding tool 14 and a press mold to manufacture a formed product. Then, the formed product is trimmed and manufactured as a finished product.
