To provide a technique for a molding method of a resin container such as an automotive resin fuel tank, which surely bonds an opening periphery while including a plurality of different functions without a complicated mold structure.
The method includes: a first step of molding each laminated sheet 10, 10 by pressure bonding and laminating a three-layer film material 11 having fuel transmission preventing function and molten resin sheets 12 and 12 to be laminated on both sides of the film 11 by a pressure roll 5; a second step of disposing the laminated sheets 10 and 10 in two sets of molding dies 20 and 20 to pressure mold the laminated sheets 10 and 10 into molded products 23 and 23 having a predetermined shape; and a third step of fitting recessed molds 21 and 21 together to pressure bond and connect the molded products 23 and 23. In the second step, the melted resin sheet 12 on one surface side of the laminated sheet 10, 10 is disposed on the recessed mold 21, 21 side, and the melted resin sheet 12 on the other surface side is disposed on protruding molds 22, 22 side.
