Title:
MOLDING METHOD FOR RESIN MOLDINGS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3258418
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To properly fuse adjacent fibrous materials to each other without collapse of a shape of a laminate of the fibrous materials each made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material.
CONSTITUTION: A first material 15 made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material and a second material 16 higher than the first material 15 in melting point and melt viscosity are melted and supplied to the same nozzle die, whereby the first material 15 is made to flow so as to cover the peripheral surface of the second material 16. After that, both the materials 15, 16 are extruded from the nozzle die to form a fibrous material. A laminate is formed by laminating the fibrous materials. Thereafter, the laminate is heated at a temperature from the melting point of the first material 15 up to and including the melting point of the second material 16. In this manner, the adjacent fibrous materials are fused to each other by the first materials 15 serving as binder resins.
