Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mold a resin piston which does not make an abnormal noise in operating with a pushrod in a clutch and a brake of a vehicle and does not generate stress cracking when it is in use.
CONSTITUTION: When a resin piston 20 is to be taken out from molds C and D, a push-out pin 16 is not butted against a pushrod butting face 12' of the resin piston 20, but is butted against its outer periphery 13 so as to push out.
