Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a vehicular interior material capable of suppressing opening of a skin material, and preventing exudation of a resin material from the skin material.SOLUTION: A first molding mold 20 is used in a molding method of a vehicular interior material. On a first molding face 22 forming a design face of the first molding mold 20, a ridge part (fifth molding part 22E) for forming a grain groove, and a recess part (sixth molding part 22F) on a side part of the ridge part, are formed, and the recess part has an engagement projection part 24. First, a part 14A of the skin material 14 is engaged with the engagement projection part 24, and incorporated in the recess part. As the skin material 14, a knitted fabric, a woven fabric, or nonwoven fabric, is used. A second molding mold 30 is closed to the first molding mold 20, and a resin material is injected to between the skin material 14 and the second molding face 32, thereby, the vehicular interior material on which, the skin material 14 is stuck to the resin material is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
