PURPOSE: To mold a cement product provided with a minute structure by being dehydrated sufficiently and improved in a quality such as strength or specific gravity or a water absorbing rate.

CONSTITUTION: Cement mortar which is under a pressurized state is filled into a cavity 40 between a bottom force 20 and top force 30 under a state of a parting member 51, which has become slidable to the top force 30 under a pressure-contacted state with the bottom force 20 under a lowered state to the top force 30. The cement mortar filled into the cavity 40 is pressurized by filling pressure into the cavity 40 and dehydrated. Then pressure contacting to the bottom force 20 by a lowering state of the parting member 51 is released, the parting member 51 becomes slidable to the upper part to the top force 30 under a state pressure-contacted by the bottom force 20, the top force 30 is pressed against the bottom force 20 under a state like this, the cement mortar within the cavity 40 is pressurized again and dehydrated.
