Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping mold which is superior in durability and enables the stable formation of surface magnetic flux density waveforms of an anisotropic bond magnet in shaping an anisotropic bond magnet.SOLUTION: A mold for shaping an anisotropic bond magnet comprises: a mold frame material 2 defining a cavity portion 3 in which a composition including a material of an anisotropic bond magnet to be shaped can be filled; orientation magnets 4 provided in position to front a composition Cm filled in the cavity portion 3, opposed to a plurality of magnetic poles Mp of the bond magnet to be shaped, and magnetically orienting a magnet material of the composition Cm in the cavity portion 3; and a divider member 5 for making division between the composition Cm in the cavity portion 3 and the orientation magnets 4. The divider member 5 is composed of a magnetic material of 1.35(T) or less in saturated magnetic flux density Js and 50 or more in Rockwell hardness HRC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
