Title:
MOLECULAR RECOGNITION SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008151801
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a molecular recognition sensor capable of eliminating influences of disturbances such as temperature, humidity and the like, by causing neither its apparatus to be made complex nor its cost to be raised.

A water sample is introduced to a sample introducing part 26 from a flow channel 24 by starting a micropump 25. If an object molecule to be recognized is contained in the water sample, a recognizing material 27 disposed at the sample introducing part 26 captures the object molecule by using its template part. This capturing causes the recognizing material 27 to change in electric characteristics, and a prescribed change in an electric quantity appears as a potential difference between electrodes 28a, 28b, and is detected by an electric quantity detecting section 29.
