To realize a molten metal molding device combining the advantage of a constitution where a metallic material is melted by a heating cylinder without using a melting furnace and the advantage of a cold chamber type die casting machine.
In the molten metal molding device where a preheated cylindrical metallic material is successively fed into a heating cylinder from the back side of the heating cylinder, and is successively pushed into the nose side of the heating cylinder by a linearly-moving body, and further, by heating from a heater mounted on the heating cylinder, the metallic material is gradually melted as it goes from the back side to the nose side of the heating cylinder, the nose side of the heating cylinder is provided with a guiding tube means of fallingly feeding molten metal into an injection sleeve, and, molten metal fed into the injection sleeve is injected/charged into a mold according to the progress of the injection plunger capable of moving back and forth within the injection sleeve, thus cold chamber type molding of the molten metal is performed.
