PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money processor capable of adjusting a balance between a customer service and a commercial transaction priority in bill dispensing processing.SOLUTION: A money processor 10 for executing money receiving and dispensing processing includes: a memory part 6 which sets an existence ratio which is a ratio of the number of bills of a specific denomination not to be dispensed to the total number of bills of the specific denomination stored as a set existence ratio 6b and memorizes the ratio; and a dispensing control part 5b which, when bills of the denomination to which the set existence ratio 6b is set are used for change, performs control of not dispensing the bills of the denomination not to be dispensed when a current existence ratio 6c of bills of the denomination is less than the set existence ratio 6b, while performing control of dispensing money including the bills of the denomination not to be dispensed when the current existence ratio 6c of bills of the denomination is not less than the set existence ratio 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
