Abstract:

PURPOSE: To attain the use of a monitor camera at the temperatures of ≤0°C by transmitting the heat of a heater glass to the casing of the camera device via a member having the high heat conductivity.

CONSTITUTION: The monitor camera means has a casing 3 which includes a lens 4 on which the image pickup light is incident, a lens barrel 5 where the lens 4 is attached, and a substrate 9 where the electronic parts are provided. Then a heater glass 1 set at the front of the lens 4 is added together with a coupling means 2 which covers the periphery of the glass 1 and fixes the glass 1 to the casing 3. The heat conductivity of the means 2 is set at ≥(1.5×10-3)cal/cm.sec.°C.
