Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transmit the all video pictures of an image pickup device through only one transmission line by transmitting signals for plural groups through one transmission line with the aid of a reference clock at the prescribed frequency, receiving them, separating them according to the frequency of the reference clock included in a transmission signal and taking out serial signals for plural groups as parallel video signals. CONSTITUTION:Each vehicle is provided with two television cameras, and two vehicles comprise one train. Therefore four television cameras are needed. Only one vehicle is equipped with a reception circuit and a television receiver. If the 1st monitoring action is set to a monitor command circuit 180, the television receiver 5 sequentailly switches and monitors videos that the lst-fourth television cameras 90-93 image pick up at the prescribed intervals. If the 2nd monitoring action is set, the television receiver 5 monitors the video that the selected television camera 90(any one of 91-93) image-picks up. A video recording device 6 can record the video monitored by the television receiver 5.
