To provide an invention that uses a biometric method for discriminating and monitoring various biological conditions of a car driver, and invigorating him without fail if he fell into a state unsuitable for driving the car.
The system determines two or more physical conditions of a car driver 11 by means of an operation means 17, using a brain activity detector 15 to detect a brain magnetic chart of the driver 11, a memory means 18 to store reference data necessary for determining the driver 11 physical conditions, the data measured by the brain activity detector 15 and reference data. Also the system is provided with an activator 19 to invigorate the driver 11 by supplying the driver 11 with high-concentration oxygen from an oxygen supplier 20 if the driver 11 physical conditions are determined to be unsuitable for operating the car.
