PURPOSE: To reduce the time required for collection of monitor information by transferring the monitor information from a monitor information collection means to a memory with direct memory access control when a processing means is in the standby state of processing so as to collect the monitor information in addition to the processing of the processing means.

CONSTITUTION: A monitor information collection means 111 collects monitor information and the monitor information is transferred to a memory 121 by direct memory access control by means of a monitor information transfer means 151. The transfer of the monitor information by the monitor information transfer means 151 is implemented when a standby state detection means 141 detects it that a processing means 131 is in the processing standby state. When the processing means 131 is in the processing standby state, the monitor information is transferred from the monitor information collection means 111 to the memory 121 by direct memory access control, then the monitor information is collected in addition to the processing of the processing means 131 and the time required to collect the monitor information is reduced.
