Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor storage device capable of storing a monitor having a width equal to or larger than a restricted width size of an attachment portion under the condition of the restricted width size.SOLUTION: A monitor storage device 10 is a device for storing a monitor 2 installed in a storage portion 5 provided in a ceiling in an openable/closable state in the storage portion 5, and comprises a motor 22 and an open/close mechanism 20. The motor 22 supplies a drive force for opening or closing the monitor 2 to the open/close mechanism 20. The open/close mechanism 20 receives the drive force transmitted from the motor 22, and drives the monitor 2 from a closed state in which the monitor 2 is stored in a storage space S1 of the storage portion 5 so that a longitudinal direction of the monitor 2 is along a direction nearly orthogonal to a width direction of the storage portion 5 to an open state in which the monitor 2 deploys so that the longitudinal direction of the monitor 2 serves as a lateral direction.
