A fan-shape notch part is formed on a tilt gear 212 fixed coaxially with a camera 203 and capable of transmitting tilted rotation to the camera 203, a cylindrical part penetrated into a shaft is formed on the center of the tilt gear 212 and a bolt is screwed into a part of the cylindrical part which is exposed by the notched part to fix the gear 212 on the shaft. A signal line 208 derived from a camera unit 202 including the camera 203 is held by a holder 215 provided with a magnet so as to be wrapped by the magnet. Since the tilt gear 212 having the notched part can arrange the cylindrical part for fixing the axis on the center of the gear 212, the size of the whole device can be reduced. When the signal line is held by the magnet, the drift of the signal line in the rotational operation can be suppressed and unnecessary radiation from the signal line can be suppressed.
