Abstract:
To provide a monitoring control system that allows a monitoring person to quickly determine in what situation a care receiver is absent.
The video of the care receiver is accumulated, and image data when the care receiver became absent is given an absence flag. When the monitoring person accesses the video, a live video is distributed if the care receiver is present. If the care receiver is absent, the video when the care receiver became absent is extracted from the accumulated video, and the accumulated video is distributed, whereby the monitoring person is allowed to quickly determine the condition of the care receiver based on the content of the image data.
