CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a video data changeover parts 30-33 for obtaining video data from the video of a monitoring object such as each panel and each table picked up by means of surveillance cameras 21, 24, a synchronizer 29 synchro-nizing the respective video data obtained by the video data changeover parts 30-33, a synthesizer 20 synthesizing the respective video data synchronized by the synchronizer 29 and a transformed data storing part 19 storing the video data synthesized by the synthesizer 20, and the stored data in the transformed data storing part 19 are transferred to controllers 7, 18 as the control data for the simulation model of a computer 1 operated by another power source.
