Abstract:
To provide a watching management device, its control method, and a watching system for providing appropriate information to each staff.SOLUTION: In a watching system, a management device 200 for managing a monitored person and a staff of a facility includes: a communication unit 204 for communicating with the other device; each terminal equipment 300 held by a plurality of staffs; a staff management table owned by a storage device 220 for managing a communication history with the management device; and a control unit 201 for controlling the management device. The communication unit communicates with each terminal equipment. The control unit updates the staff management table on the basis of a history of communication of each terminal. The communication unit further receives an event from a monitoring device 100 for monitoring the monitored person. The control unit selects the staff estimated to stay in the facility from the history of communication by referring to the staff management table on the basis of the reception of the event. The communication unit transmits a notification associated with the event to the terminal equipment of the selected staff.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
