Abstract:
To efficiently monitor with minimum equipment.
A stationary unit 1 installed at a monitoring object facility photographs a specific range by a camera part 1a. In a monitoring robot 2, a general control part 2j determines the photographed range of the camera part 1a. The general control part 2j determines such a patrol route that the camera part 2a photographs a range excluding the photographed range out of a monitoring object range, and a movement control part 2i controls a moving mechanism part 2g to photograph by the camera part 2a while moving the monitoring robot 2 on the patrol route.
