Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system capable of quickly detecting that a monitoring object is lost by being robbed or the like and accurately identifying the location. SOLUTION: When a distance between target equipment 1 housed in the monitoring object and main owner's equipment 3 carried by a monitoring person becomes equal to or more than a prescribed distance and the distance between the target equipment 1 and spare owner's equipment 5 also becomes equal to or more than the prescribed distance further, abnormal situation generation information is transmitted from the target equipment 1 through a base station 7 and an ISDN network 9 to a management center 11. The management center 11 obtains the position information of the target equipment 1 and tracks the monitoring object housing the target equipment 1 based on the position information.
