Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system that enables a possibility of occurrence of a liquefaction phenomenon to be distributed to a facility of a monitoring object.SOLUTION: A monitoring system comprises: a seismic intensity specification unit 21; an occurrence rate calculation unit 22; and a liquefaction determination unit 23; and an alert unit 24. The seismic intensity specification unit 21 is configured to specify seismic intensity at a point where a facility is installed, and the occurrence rate calculation unit 22 is configured to calculate an occurrence rate of a liquefaction phenomenon at the point on the basis of the seismic intensity specified by the seismic intensity specification unit 21. The liquefaction determination unit 23 is configured to determine whether the occurrence rate of the liquefaction phenomenon calculated by the occurrence rate calculation unit 22 exceeds a threshold, and the alert unit 24 is configured to, when it is determined by the liquefaction determination unit 23 that the occurrence rate thereof exceeds the threshold, alert a warning to the facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
