Abstract:
To provide a monitoring system that can determine an optimum evacuation route by analyzing flows of persons who are successful in evacuation using monitoring cameras or sensors and notify evacuating persons during evacuation on the basis of the optimum evacuation route.SOLUTION: A monitoring system repeats processing of: measuring flows of persons by a processor 1 using sensors 2 or monitoring cameras 3; when a disaster occurs, measuring an evacuation time and evacuation direction of an evacuation successful person who is successful in evacuation in a specific period; and, on the basis of the measured evacuation time and evacuation direction of the evacuation successful person, determining an optimum evacuation direction for evacuating persons during evacuation in a specific period after the measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
