Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl monomer composition having low crystallinity and high in polymerizatton stability by containing a vinyl monomer having methanetricarboxylic acid mono-amide unit and monoalcohol and/or diol. SOLUTION: The composition contains (A) the vinyl monomer having methanetricarboxylic acid mono-amide unit (a vinyl monomer, etc., having a carbon bonding to three carbonyl carbons including an amide obtained by a reaction of a vinyl monomer containing an isocyanate group and an active methylene compound, for example, methacroylisocyanate) and (B) the monoalcohol such as methanol, ethanol, etc., and/or diols such as ethylene diol, etc. The preferable addition amount of the component B is preferably 0.1 to 15 times per methanetricarboxylic acic monoamide of the component A.
