PURPOSE: To economically house a time capsule without being influenced by an external factor such as moisture or microorganisms by providing a housing part having a vessel takeout hole and a lid in a durable metal cylindrical pole, and housing the capsule therein.
CONSTITUTION: A monument for housing a memorial sealed vessel such as time capsule 17 is formed into a cylindrical pole 12 by use of a durable metal, and a housing part having a vessel inlet and outlet port 24 and a lid 13 is provided on the upper inside thereof. An openable sealed vessel such as the time capsule 17 is housed in the housing part, and a world globe 14 or a display plate 16 are mounted on the pole 12. The time capsule 17 is housed without being buried in the ground, so that it is never influenced by an external bad factor such as the moisture or microorganisms in the ground. Thus, the housing work of the capsule can be easily performed.
