Abstract:
To prevent a floating structure from a damage, by breaking a part of a mooring rope, when a force more than a specific value is exerted on the mooring rope.
This mooring device of floating structure has plural mooring ropes 3 whose upper ends are fixed to a floating structure 1, and the lower ends are fixed to anchors 4 or a foundation provided at the sea bottom, and each mooring rope 3 is composed of the upper part mooring rope 3a and the lower part mooring rope 3b. A breaking metal fitting 5 which is broken when a force more than a specific value operates is provided between the upper part mooring rope 3a and the lower part mooring rope 3b.
