Abstract:

To provide a mooring mechanism of a floating body structure, having a simple structure and requiring no power source while being capable of coping with big displacement of a water level by keeping tensile force acting on a mooring rope constant.

This mooring mechanism 20 to moor a floating island 10 is structured by hanging a mooring rope 21, one end of which is joined to an anchor 22 fixed on the sea bottom and the other end of which is joined to a weight 23, around a pulley 24 mounted to the lower surface of the floating island 10.
