Title:
MOORING METHOD FOR FLOATING STRUCTURE ON THE SEA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62279184
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a structure from shaking in vertical and lateral directions, by connecting a vertical wire with the bottom of each corner of the floating structure on the sea while a diagonal wire obliquely between the neighboring vertical wires. CONSTITUTION:A vertical wire 1, in the time of mooring, provides plural node points in every certain fixed space, and a transverse member 4 of steel pipe or the like is provided being horizontally bridged between the opposed node points of the neighboring vertical wires 1, 1. A guide pipe 4a, which plays a role of pulley, is mounted to both ends of said transverse member 4, and a structure A is connected with an anchor 2 by one diagonal wire 3 through said guide pipe 4a. When the structure A is towed, both the vertical wire 1 and the diagonal wire 3 are left as contracted, while both the wires 1, 3 are extended simultaneously with sinking the anchor 2 in a predetermined mooring spot, and the diagonal wire 3 is tensely tightened at each time the anchor 2 is sunk by the distance between the node points.
