To provide a mother's milk pad whose upper and lower end parts are not inattentively folded when attaching and detaching the mother's milk pad while retaining a curved condition suitable for the shape of the breast.

This mother's milk pad has a pad main body 1 composed of a body fluid absorbing layer 2 including a body fluid absorber 4 and a body fluid leak proofing sheet 3, and a pair of elastic expansion members 13 which extend in the longitudinal direction on both the sides of the pad main body 1. The body fluid absorber 4 has highly rigid areas 16 and 17 on the upper and lower ends, and the highly rigid areas are applied with embossing finish so as to make the rigidity higher than that of other areas excluding the highly rigid areas.
