To provide a motion control simulator easily reproducing the phenomenon of a multi-axis configuration real machine; and to provide a adjustment support device for a motor control system having the function of the motion control simulator, and achieving servo adjustment exploiting the performance of a machine to full potential.
A motor control system consists of: the machine 6; command units 2a, 2b; a command controller 1; motors 4a, 4b: a detection means 5c; and controllers 3a, 3b. The motor control system has the function of the motion control simulator and is equipped with an adjustment means 9 adjusting the setting parameter of the controller so that the motion amount of the machine agrees with a moving command. The controllers 3a, 3b are equipped with a subtractor inputting the setting parameter changing responsiveness of a driving force signal and the signal of the detection means to a (-) terminal; and a closed loop receiving the signal of the subtractor to output a working signal. The adjustment means 9 provides the adjustment support device for the motor control system for deciding the setting parameter of the controller model of the simulator as the setting parameter of the controller.
