Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect and store the information on the motion history immediately after the prescribed time-point of a machine to perform the continuous operation by providing a second history buffer to store the quantity of state to be preset with the abnormality detection of the condition of the servo system as a trigger in addition to a first history buffer having a pointer to indicate the storage place in a motion history collection device.
SOLUTION: A feeder controller is provided with a second history buffer 32 to store the quantity of state at the sampling period to be preset with the abnormality detection of the condition of the servo system as a trigger in addition to a first history buffer 30, and the quantity of state after the abnormality generation point of the servo system is stored in the second history buffer 32. An external indicator 33 to indicate the quantity of state is connected to the feeder controller, and an external storage device 36 such as a hard disk 34 or a floppy disk 35 to output and keep the data stored in the first history buffer 30 and the second history buffer 32 is connected to the feeder controller.
