To increase a speed feeling and to prevent simulator sickness.
A driver sees videos which are different in the left and right to be presented on a rear projection screen 3 wearing polarizing spectacles which are different in the left and right. Consequently, the driver can see a three-dimensional video. Picture patterns for control are added to the videos in addition to the flowing visual fields acompanying the driving. That is, picture patterns minutely moving in the reversal direction with respect to the movement of the flowing visual fields or picture patterns minutely moving in the same direction in synchronization with the movement are added to the videos. Then, the speed feeling is increased by adding the picture patterns of the reversal direction and the simulation shickness is prevented by adding the picture patterns of the same direction. Moreover, the same effects can be obtained by adding stationary picture patterns before or rear of the flowing visual fields.
