PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control surely the opening/closing of a drain valve of a washer, etc., and avoid impact noise in a fully closed operation state.
SOLUTION: A motor actuator has an output shaft 9 to which a rotation force of a motor 1 is transmitted via a deceleration wheel train, a valve opening/closing operation unit 10 which is made to rotate by receiving the rotation force of the output shaft 9 and converts the rotation force into a linear reciprocal motion force to open/ close the drain valve, a coil spring 13 as a part of a one-way clutch mechanism which transmits the rotation force of the output shaft 9 disconnectably to the valve opening/ closing operation unit 10, and a centrifugal governor mechanism 60 which makes the valve opening/closing operation unit 10 close the valve while giving brake to the unit 10 when the drain valve is closed. A rotary plate 65 of the centrifugal governor 60 is turned with a high revolution when the revolution of the valve opening/closing operation unit 10 reaches a value not less than a certain revolution (a revolution by a restoration force of the drain valve), and braking members 66a and 66b provided on the rotary plate 65 are spread outward and brought into contact with the inner surface of a fixed wall 75a of a braking operation housing unit 75, formed on a cover 73, and a braking force is produced by the friction between the fixed wall 75a and the braking members 66a and 66b.
