While a motor is rotating, the generated vibration of the brush 30 due to sliding the movement between the brush 30 and a commutator 18 is dampened by a jointing part 23 to the second spring part through the first spring part 22. Vibration transmission to a mounting part 28 and an end bracket is restrained, thus it is possible to restrain vibration or noise of the motor as a whole.
