To provide a technology which quiets down a sound generated from an eccentric output 50 without hindering reduction in the size of a motor, in the motor comprising a rotating shaft which has an axial line and supports an armature, and the eccentric output which is eccentric with respect to the axial line on the rotating shaft, and of which the eccentric part is the output for driving an external apparatus, for example, a pump in the hydraulic brake system of an automobile.

A spring washer 60 is arranged between the ball bearing of the eccentric output 50 and a second bearing 22 adjacent thereto, and pressure toward the axial direction of the rotating shaft 30 is imparted to the ball bearing. The ball bearing of the eccentric output is fastened to the rotating shaft 30 at its inner ring 52, and coupled thereto in a spring state. The pressure imparted by the spring washer 60 is added to the side of an outer ring 54.
