To provide a novel motor control circuit wherein it is possible to carry out accurate motor control by soft switching control even though there is variation in output frequency between individual oscillators, a motor device equipped with this motor control circuit, and a motor control method.
Energization of a motor coil 13 is controlled based on the result of detection of the position of a rotor 10 that is rotated by energizing the motor coil 13. At this time, a clock signal having a period in proportion to the period of a rotor position detection signal obtained as the result of detection of the rotor 10 position is generated. The operation timing of energization control on the motor coil 13 is determined based on the generated clock signal. As a result, even though there is variation in output frequency between individual oscillators 21, soft switching control can be constantly carried out at a certain ratio to the rotation period of the rotor 10.
