Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: in constant current control, load torque on a rotor may exceed output torque corresponding to a driving current supplied to a coil, which may put a motor into a step-out state.SOLUTION: A determination is made as to whether a motor steps out on the basis of a command speed ω_ref and a rotation speed ω, and when the motor is in a step-out state, the motor is stopped. As a result, the generation of abnormal sound from the motor can be prevented, which is caused by driving the motor in a state where the motor steps out. From among rotation speeds at which a rotational phase can be accurately estimated, a lowest rotation speed is set as a step-out determination threshold ωsnl for performing step-out determination. As a result, the step-out determination can be accurately determined even in a state where constant current control is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
