PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the burning of a motor by the rapid increase of a load and the stagnation of heat for a long period without stopping the motor as much as possible by controlling the power to be supplied into the electrically driving motor so that the load detected by a load detecting means does not exceed the specified upper value.
SOLUTION: A current value I of a current detecting sensor is read, and whether the current value I exceeds an upper limit current value IU or not and decreased from a lower-limit current value IL or not is judges. For example, when the current value I exceeds the upper limit current value IU, the supplied current is controlled so that the current value I is maintained at the current value lower than the specified time constant after the specified time constant τ. When the value becomes lower than the lower limit current value IL, the restriction is released. By controlling the supply current to the motor so as to maintain the current value lower than the upper limit current value when the current value I exceeds the upper limit current value IU in this way, the deterioration and the damages of the motor and the control element by the rapid increase of the load can be suppressed, and the rapid temperature increase, which cannot be stopped by the temperature control, can be countered.
