PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which reduces the rotating speed unevenness of the output shaft of the gear of a motor which drives a load through the gear. SOLUTION: A motor controller is provided with a speed detecting circuit 8 which outputs the rotating speed signal corresponding to the rotating speed of a motor 1, and a position detecting circuit 9 which outputs the rotational position signal corresponding to the rotational position of an output shaft 3 and controls the rotational position and rotating speed of the output shaft 3, by comparing the signals outputted from the circuits 8 and 9 with their reference signals, and fetching such signals that apply feedback so that the errors between the signals outputted form the circuits 8 and 9 and reference signals may become the minimum, and then, adding the signals to each other under an appropriate weight decided from the view point of the stability and rotating speed unevenness accuracy of a control loop by means of a mixing circuit 15. Therefore, the motor controller can suppress the rotating speed unevenness of the output shaft 3 to a small value while the controller controls the rotational position of the shaft 3 with high accuracy.
