Abstract:
To provide a motor drive device capable of reducing peripheral parts of a motor relay.SOLUTION: A motor drive device (10B) includes: first drivers (HGD1 to HGD3) configured to drive first switches (1H to 3H); second drivers (LGD1 to LGD3) configured to drive second switches (1L to 3L) connected in series to the first switches; and third drivers (RGD1 to RGD3) configured to output a drive signal that is higher by a specific voltage than a connection node voltage between the first switch and the second switch, with reference to the connection node voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
