Abstract:
To provide a motor-driven powder molding machine in which control delay with respect to sharp increase of pressurization speed is suppressed.SOLUTION: A motor-driven powder molding machine 1 is provided which performs molding using an upper die 30 and a lower die 20, each of the upper die 30 and the lower die 20 comprises: a main ram which activates a die through a main shaft 11; and an auxiliary ram which activates a die through auxiliary shafts 12, 13 synchronously with the main ram. At least one of the main ram and the auxiliary ram comprises pressure detection means which detects axial pressure. The motor-driven powder molding machine 1 also comprises control means which controls based on the detected pressure, speed of die operation performed by at least one of the main ram and the auxiliary ram, wherein the control means performs the control in such a manner that the pressure falls within a prescribed range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
