A motor driver circuit has first and second transistors connected in series such that a driving voltage applied at one end of the motor coil is a voltage of a connection point and an operational amplifier controlling the first and second transistors so that a voltage corresponding to a difference between first and second control voltages for controlling the driving of the motor coil is used as the driving voltage. The motor driver circuit further has a switching circuit driving the first and second transistors for bringing the motor coil into the state not to be driven regardless of the control of the operational amplifier when a pulse signal for intermittently driving the motor coil is at one logical level and driving the first and second transistors on the basis of the control of the operational amplifier when the pulse signal is at the other logical level. The motor driver circuit further has a driving auxiliary circuit driving the first and second transistors for increasing the driving voltage for a fixed time shorter than the time when the pulse signal is at the other logical level regardless of the control of the operational amplifier when the pulse signal is changed from one logical level to the other.
