To solve problems that, even if a core material that constitutes a stator and a rotor of a motor is a magnetically non-oriented electrical steel sheet, loss torque fluctuations occur and thereby the touch of handle maneuverability deteriorates when such a motor is used in an electric power steering apparatus, because magnetically oriented property is acquired when rolled or there are differences in the thickness of the core material.
The magnetically oriented property can be decreased and thereby the loss torque fluctuations of the motor can be reduced, by constituting the stator and the rotor of the motor with core groups formed by stacking cores or core groups punched by a press rotating one by one at a constant angle of (360/n) degrees other than 180 degrees.
