A U phase stator 71, a V phase stator 72 and a W phase stator 73 of a motor section 3 are arranged radially outward of a rotor 60 and have a plurality of inner circumferential stator pole portions 75. Coils 76, 78 are arranged radially outward of the stator pole portions 75 and are formed circumferentially annularly. An inner annular wall 82 of a cup member 80 is arranged between the stator pole portions 75 and the rotor 60. An inner circumferential wall 771 of a bobbin 77 and an inner circumferential wall 791 of a bobbin 79 are arranged between the stator pole portions 75 and the coils 76, 78. The stator pole portions 75 are held between the inner annular wall 82 of the cup member 80 and the inner circumferential wall 771 of the bobbin 77 and the inner circumferential wall 791 of the bobbin 79. This can suppress radial movement of the stator pole portions 75.
