Abstract:
To provide a motor which has superior assembly performance, can prevent lubricating oil from leakage, and has high reliability, and to provide an information recording/reproducing apparatus using the motor.
A first dynamic pressure generating unit generates a dynamic pressure of lubricating oil when a shaft 60 of a rotor R is turned, and is formed on a first surface 171 of a bearing stopper facing one side surface 141 of a thrust bearing. A second dynamic pressure generating unit generates a dynamic pressure when the shaft 60 of the rotor R is turned, and is formed on a second surface 174 of the bearing stopper facing one side surface 121 of the axial thrust part of the shaft 60.
