Abstract:
To provide a motor manufacturing device capable of improving productivity of a motor.SOLUTION: A motor includes a shaft, a rotor magnet arranged so as to surround the shaft, and an angle sensor magnet mounted on a tip unit of the shaft. A motor manufacturing device includes: a first positioning member that is arranged outside of the rotor magnet and generates magnetic force for positioning a magnetic pole of the rotor magnet at a predetermined position; a jig for mounting the angle sensor magnet at the tip unit of the shaft; and a second positioning member that is arranged outside the jig and generates magnetic force for positioning the magnetic pole of the angle sensor magnet at a predetermined position. The jig has a through hole that opens toward the tip unit of the shaft and into which the angle sensor magnet is inserted. The first positioning member and the second positioning member are arranged so that the magnetic pole of the rotor magnet and the magnetic pole of the angle sensor magnet inserted into the through hole of the jig have a predetermined positional relation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
