To provide a motor in which loosening can be imparted to each draw-around portion at a winding end side of a coil line, even without bending terminal pins, and which does not have restrictions on tangling positions to the terminal pins and materials of the terminal pins, and to provide a manufacturing method of the motor.

In the stepping motor 1, the loosening is imparted to each draw-around portion 110a, 140a at the winding end side of the coil line, and terminal bases 122, 152 are supported from the back by an outer stator core 211 and an inner stator core 222, and are prevented from inclining rearward. As a result of this, even if the terminal bases 122, 152, and the terminal pins 123, 124, 153 and 154 are pushed rearward, the terminal bases 122, 152 do not incline rearward. Accordingly, since excessive tension is not applied to each draw-around portion 110a, 140a, the coil line will not break.
