This motor 1 with a nameplate 2 on which predetermined items on the motor including a serial number are recorded comprises an RFID tag 3 storing data on the maintenance history including an additional serial number as necessary for each maintenance and reading and transmitting the data on the stored maintenance history separately from the nameplate.
