Abstract:
PURPOSE: To contrive to miniaturize an apparatus and reduce its cost, and improve its fitting workability, by incorporating a starter and an overload protector in an integral case in a compressor outer shell.
CONSTITUTION: A starter 22 and an overload protector 23 are incorporated in an integral case 21 in a compressor outer shell. Pin receiver terminals 29, 30 of said starter 22 are connected with a common connection of main and auxiliary windings of a compressor. A thermostat element sensing a motor outer shell temperature is provided in the vicinity of the compressor outer shell. The starter 22 and the overload protector 23 are partitioned by a wall 24. The overload protector 23 has a fixed contact 37 and a protective terminal 38.
