Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor unit with a clutch mechanism capable of reducing a pull-in current of a movable magnetic pole of a hinge type solenoid and keeping a wide opposite area between magnetic poles with high dimensional accuracy during non-electrification.SOLUTION: A motor unit includes a clutch mechanism 7 for transmitting and cutting a motor drive force, and the hinge type solenoid forming the clutch mechanism includes: a rod-shaped stationary core 86 around which a coil 85 is wound in an outer circumference; and a tabular oscillation member 89 which is supported by a spindle so as to be oscillated, and sucked by the stationary core. The stationary core includes a projection 86a that is an end portion protruding axially outside of the coil and in the state where a suction surface 892a that is a surface of the oscillation member closer to the projection is sucked in the projection, a spindle-side portion of the suction surface opposite to an end face of the projection is bent axially inside of the projection in a stepwise manner along a shape of the projection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
